Clean design plus dynamic modules equal one great website for author David G. Surdam…
Author, David Surdam needed a website to present all his literary pieces in one space. A Professor of Economics, his interest in using applied microeconomics to historical topics has produced to date: eight published books, 18 published articles, and contributions to the UNIBusiness Blog. This activity has produced pages of Google results and our goal was to create a website that would serve as an easily accessed hub for his work.
We chose clean modern module design to create a website with modular sections that are used throughout the site to give visitors access to the publications. These modules include a book section with a carousel showcase of the books, a publication section featuring recently published articles, a blog section and a book section sortable by topic.
Knowing that Dave will be writing more books and articles in the future we created a system that is easy to update. All the sections of the site take advantage of the dynamic properties of WordPress and auto update when new books or articles are posted.
“A sister’s efforts on behalf of her kid brother. My sister, Sue Surdam-Bean, has created a website for me. As a dilatory user of Social Media, I had not bothered to establish such in the past..She did an excellent job; she always had an eye for aesthetics. Thank you, Sis!”
