Pacwest Real Estate Investment Principal Broker Bob Nelson CCIM, CRE is an industry leader in Commercial Real Estate. The “1031 Guru”, as he is known for co-hosting a local radio show needed a site that showcased his experience and expertise to potential clients.
Bob’s counseling abilities and his passion for sharing knowledge set him apart from other Commercial Brokers. We saw that the old site was missing the mark in both presentations of his educational videos and audio programs, and connection to search engines. Our solution was to create showcase pages for his educational media that are user and search-friendly.
We updated the site design and refreshed the home page content to connect with Pacwest Real Estate Investment’s target client, a qualified serious real estate investor.

Bob Nelson, The 1031 Guru, who passed away on January 9, 2022 at the age of 79 after a year-long battle with bone cancer. He is greatly missed.
